Subject: RE: 9-11 Commission CONR/1FF Trip (FOUO)

FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY

Hi, Miles. This is our lucky week!

Reference the team's trip to CONR/1FF next week, as below, kindly forward thru Dan/Steve a formal
briefing request outlining your need for the ROCC/CONR/IFF to FAA and to NEADS/CMOC/NORAD/SPACECOM
comms path briefings and ROCC orientation. Like document requests, we consider briefing requests as
separate from standing interview requests -- and we'd like to keep formal track of them.

Also, please be advised that we cannot have "open-ended" interviews for Gen. Arnold, Gen McKinley, .-=>*
and Col Scott. Our procedures, as previously discussed between Stew Aly and Dan Marcus, allow for a 3-hour I/.
interview at one sitting/day during normal duty hours. If you need more than 3 hours, the follow-up interview P*
will have to be scheduled for another day - or another trip, if that is possible. Understand that you have W
much work to accomplish at CONR/1FF, but would appreciate your adherence to these procedures. If you
have any questions, Stew or I would be happy to discuss with you. Regards. Pat
