This Contract is between Photos By V (Photography By Vickie) referred to as the Photographer and _________________________________ referred to as the Client for the services rendered on _____________.
1. Payments- Final payment is due prior to session day. The final price will be agreed upon prior to the photography session. Hard copy of receipt is issued upon request. 2. Photographic images- The photographer in not required to release every frame or image taken from the photography session. The Client understands that the Photographer edits tightly for quality and variety and will provide the best set of images from the session. 3. Copyright, reproduction, and distribution- The Client can receive digital files and professional prints from the Photographer, the legal copyright remains with the Photographer who created the images. The Photographer releases limited user rights to the Client for printing purposes only. A. The full-size digital images are released for purchasing prints and for archiving. Backup copies should be made to the Clients local digital media. The Client is NOT allowed to sell, publish, or otherwise distribute images without expressed consent from Photographer. B. The Client agrees to use the web-sized images provided by the Photographer when publishing or sharing images on the internet. These images are provided for sharing on social media sites: Facebook, Myspace, blogs, E-mail or other form of media sharing. When publishing to these sites, the Client MUST reference Photography Business. C. The Photographer may use images from the client for self-promotion via websites, print publications, photo contests, etc. unless specifically asked in writing not too. 4. Model release- The client gives the Photographer permission to license the Images and to use them Images in any Media for any purpose which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service. I agree that the Images may be combined with other images and graphics, and cropped, altered or modified. I agree that I have limited user rights to Images, and all rights to the Images belongs to the Photographer. I acknowledge and agree that I have no further right to additional Consideration or accounting, and that I will make no further claim for any reason to the Photographer.
