Adverbs of Frequency
The Simple Present is used to tell what a person usually does, his or her routine. Ex. I wake up at 6:00 A.M. and take a shower. Frequency adverbs answer the question How often? (Que tan seguido)

The frequency adverb is used between the subject and the main verb. Ex. I always go to school by bus.

Sometimes can be used at the beginning, middle or end of the sentence. Ex. When do you usually go to bed? Sometimes I eat lunch at 3:00

Adverb of frequency is used after the verb To Be. Ex. I am usually at school before 8:00. She is never here with me. A frequency phrase is usually not used before the verb. Ex. How often do you go to school? I go every day

EVER: Siempre, jamas, nunca, algunas veces, etc.

Ever is used in questions

Do you ever go to the mountains? No, I never go to the mountains Do you ever eat globe fish? Yes, I often eat globe fish
