The Simple Present is used to tell what a person usually does, his or her routine. Ex. I wake up at 6:00 A.M. and take a shower. Frequency adverbs answer the question How often? (Que tan seguido)

Adverb of frequency is used after the verb To Be. Ex. I am usually at school before 8:00. She is never here with me. A frequency phrase is usually not used before the verb. Ex. How often do you go to school? I go every day
