Abstract This study is a descriptive type of research designed to determine the health statuses of the regular teaching and

the non-teaching faculty of Marinduque State College, Boac Campus. This will serve as a basis for the creation of the appropriate wellness programs to cater the needs of the faculty to prevent their current health status from worsening. Recently a few faculty members suffered from a debilitating disease and one of which died because of a health problem. This is very alarming and there is no assurance that these kinds of incidences wont occur again. The result of this study will be beneficial to the College, especially the health staff because after the gathering and analysing of data, the researcher will surrender the gathered data to the College to have a readily accessible health profile of the faculty involved in this study. With this, the College can use this as a foundation for an action plan that will improve the welfare, the effectiveness and efficiency of its faculty and provide a healthy working environment for everyone.
