    The office of Travis County Attorney David Escamilla ( who was under consideration for US Attorney by Obama) declines to prosecute the Texas Workforce Commission for altering, destroying, and concealing the documents of unemployment claimants. Although, I indicated that I had tape recordings of TWC fraud and provided documents showing malfeasance by TWC this office gave TWC a get out of jail free card. Daniel Bradford never asked to hear the tapes nor did he ask to the see additional evidence. TX Public Information Act states Travis County had to make decision before 31st day. I filed complaint on April 14. Travis County decision is dated May 19. The day before the decision on May 18, I was scheduled in Travis County court on a trumped up charge. A person who committed a crime against me was allowed to drag me into Travis County court. The person was not prosecuted by Travis County for crimes against me, but allowed to take me to court.     I and this office’s Criminal Division have reviewed the materials that you
    submitted as evidence in support of your allegation that the Texas Work Force
    Commission and its employees violated criminal provisions of the Texas Public
    Information Act. We have concluded that the evidence does not support your allegation
    and therefore does no warrant further investigation into this matter at this time.
