to showcase their talents to the UTM community. If you are interested in participating in this epic
competition, as well as possibly winning the title of UTMs most talented, fill out this form and

Terms and Conditions:

1. All performers must appear at a screening, from August 7th- 9th from in scheduled room to
be eligible to compete.
2. Each group is allowed a team of up to Eight (8) members.
3. All performances must consist of UTM students ONLY. A valid t-card is required for
verification. All performers must bring along their t-cards in order to participate in the
competition.
4. All acts cannot exceed more than 10 minutes in length.
5. All performers must be present by 3:30pm in the presentation room on September 4th,
2013.
6. UTMSU is not responsible for any lost items, theft, or damage caused.
7. UTMSU reserves the right to reject or prohibit performers in participating at any time.
8. Performers must demonstrate equitable and professional conduct at all times.
