ROAD HUMP LOCATIONS: 1. Speed ramps should be installed in series. 2. In order to control speed to 30km per hour or less the ramp must be spaced not more than 70m apart. 3. Speed ramp must only be used in low-speed environment - the first in the series must be not more than 40m from a speed-reducing feature, such as a sharp bend, roundabout or T-junction. 4. The informatory sign "Speed Ramp" must be installed close to the ramp and on both approaches.
