The Coffee Corner ~ Jokes

She and her husband were planning a weeks vacation in Florida, so she wrote to a particular campground asking for a reservation. She wanted to make sure the campground was fully equipped, but didnt quite know how to ask about the toilet facilities. She just couldnt bring herself to write the word toilet in her letter. After much deliberation, she finally came up with the old-fashioned term BATHROOM COMMODE. But when she wrote that down, she still thought she was being too forward. So she started all over again, rewrote the entire letter referring to the bathroom commode merely as the BC: Does the campground have its own BC? is what she actually wrote. Well, the campground owner wasnt oldfashioned at all and when he got the letter, he just couldnt figure out what the woman was talking about. That BC business really stumped him. After worrying about it for awhile, he showed the letter to several campers, but they couldnt imagine what the lady meant either. So the campground owner, finally coming to the conclusion that the lady must be asking about the local Baptist Church, sat down and wrote the following reply: Dear Madam: and introduce you to all the other folks. Charging at the landfill

There have always been charges for certain items coming into the landfill and has not always been fully enforced. To meet the environmental regulatory and administration compliance costs for fridges, air conditioners and freezers which are required to be certified free of coolant, a new $40 fee is now being applied. Garbage debris has ncreased to $15/ one ton load, $30/ tandem load and $50/ a semi-load. Branches and grass cuttings are excluded in the handling charge. Council has made a decision for a half ton load of debris such as house hold waste and small personal renovation projects there will be no charge to individuals. Charges for building demolition have increased to $0.50/ft2 /level and fill sand has increased to $5/yd3 including being loaded by the landfill operator. The landfill is owned by the Town of Nipawin, Village of Codette and the R.M. of Nipawin based on per capita of population. Agreements of usage are in place with the communities of Carrot River, Arborfield, Aylsham, Zenon Park and R.M.s of Connaught, Moose Range, Arborfield and the First Nation of Red Earth.
