USER ROLES
Four Basic User Roles:
Product Manager: Creates products and sets rates, knows rates well and the business case behind them. Account Manager: Responsible for retaining customers, may set ICB rates. Not as well acquainted with all product rates, or their business case. CSR: First line customer relationship management. Wants simplified, easy view of rates. May set ICB rates in some cases. Subscriber: Wants simplified view of rates. Also, quick, knowledgeable responses from CSRs.
