in the distribution of natural assets and abilities, his intelligence, strength, and the like. I shall even
assume that the parties do not know their conceptions of the good or their special psychological
propensities. The principles of justice are chosen behind a veil of ignorance.”

Learning Expectations:

I expect to learn what the logic behind the theory of justice is and how come the author
formulates this theory with regards to the principles of justice and judgement.

A Theory of Justice - John Rawls

Review:

According to the author, the people should established a law that has an equality which is applies
to all, whenever his or her status in life. The theory of justice has a first principle and second principle that
tackles the various fundamental rights that satisfy its individual. The first principle is the most conditions
one’s prior to the second principle of justice. It has a certain rights that may refer to the individuals’
freedom, such as freedom of speech, freedom of property, and freedom to vote. Its reasoning can be the
basis of emphasizing one’s rights that will lead to his favourable concerns among his role in the society.

He also said that in able to make a good sense reason you must give a fair choice in each and
every situation you might turning of. Each ignorance can aggravate the situation if you are not treated the
distribution of justice to pursue the goods to on it ends. He emphasized the different role which critics in
his arguments by giving a scheme to the principles of justice. The first principle must have to familiarize to
be not violated because it is more or less absolute.
Lesson Learned:

I learned that theory of justice is good and fair with regards to the author point of reasoning. The
principles is good if we able to apply this in our daily lives and as well as part of point of reasoning as a
individual.
