Please refer to this office letter of even number dated 22nd March, 2013 on the aforesaid subject vide which it was requested to furnish the following information pertaining to your Circle: i. No. of officers [CGMs/ PGMs (only Heads of SSAs)] eligible for leased vehicles; ii. No. of Departmental vehicles available as on date for CGMs/PGMs as per eligibility which have not completed their normal life; iii. No. of Departmental Drivers available for the above vehicles; iv. Present financial implication keeping in view the availability of Depttl. Vehicles and Drivers. 2. The information from your Circle has not been received so far. You are, therefore, once again requested to furnish the information to process the case of leased vehicles at the earliest. the 3rd May, 2013
