Dear Parents, Celebrating your childs birthday is important to us.

We would like to help your child celebrate with her/his classmates, but we need to be clear about the requirements for this.

You can
Bring a birthday cake Bring plates and serviettes Fruit juice and paper cups Let the teacher know at least 2 days before you want to come in Feel welcome to come in and celebrate with your child.

Please dont
Bring candy, sweets or sugary treats Bring presents or gifts for everyone in the class.

While we want to support your child celebrating his/her birthday, we are busy teaching. Please do NOT send birthday invitations into school and ask the teachers to hand them out. Your child or you can bring the invitations in and you or your child can hand them out before or after school. If you organise a birthday party, for after school, and it requires students to go home on a bus, you need to 1. Check with the bus provider that they can carry the students. 2. Check with other parents if they are happy for their child to travel on the bus. 3. Clearly inform the teachers 1 day before the party who is travelling on the bus and if they have permission from their parents. 4. Be at school with a list and contact numbers to supervise the students getting on the bus. 5. Be responsible for the safe arrival and sending home of all students coming to the party. Thanking You Ms. Georgie, Ms. Pushpa, Ms.Carla, Ms. Hoai, Ms. Huong and Ms. Thu
