ABSTRACT

Generators are complex machines that produce electrical energy for consumption by converting other distinct forms of energy, most commonly, the mechanical energy. Generators are globally used for its sole purpose of supplying or providing electricity to machines that requires the said energy in order to function without the aid of human work. Generators have been used for generating certain amounts of electricity. They have been very vital to humanity ever since the discovery of this apparatus. These machines gave us light and heat and even medicine. Generators have become a part of our daily living.

The importance of this project is to be able to share and investigate on the properties of a simple improvised generator. This project will benefit almost everyone who needs electricity. Despite its limitation, the users can easily find means of innovating this apparatus due to its simplicity. CHAPTER 1 is the introduction part. It highlights the importance and the primary reasons why we do this work. In this chapter, the reader will be able to answer the question, Why are they doing this? Explained in this chapter are things which you need to know about the generators use and necessity. It also states the limitations and topics which will be encompassed by our project. CHAPTER 2 shows proof and evidence on our project. It tells the appearance, characteristics and other properties of the generator. It also tells a background on the history of the generator. The scientists and their contributions, principles on how it works and the branches of physics involved in the apparatus are also included. Some basic words involved in this undertaking are also shared. CHAPTER 3 is short and simple. It tells the reader how the apparatus is made and what should you have to build it. CHAPTER 4 conveys our conclusion and recommendations for this project. Within this chapter, the reader will find out our groups reaction and our very summarization of the entire research. We recommend that our generator be only used for experimental and emergency purposes. Given that our generator is only basic and simple, It cannot be used to power the basic appliances. Furthermore, to avoid accidents, we strictly recommend that the usage of this be exclusive to those who know the hazards of electricity and is knowledgeable in tinkering such devices. ii
