1. ACTIVE SYNC MAIL AND WI-FI CONFIGURATION ON IOS DEVICES


1.1 Steps to configure Active Sync for IOS devices.
Check if Exchange ActiveSync Policy is listed under profiles in the below path of Settings General Profiles Once the Exchange ActiveSync Policy is verified from Profiles, Go to Settings Mail, Contacts, Calenders Click on Wipro Exchange Email Click on the Email address listed Enter the Password and click Done to receive mails.

1.2 Steps to configure WiFi network for IOS devices


Select Settings icon on IPad/iPhone home screen. After that please select Wi-Fi and Turn ON the WIFI. Select NexGenW!F!@W which is listed. After that please select small blue arrow beside NexGenW!F!@W to view the IP settings. Under HTTP proxy select AUTO and then type http://AutoProxy/IN.pac

2.1 Steps to configure Active Sync for Android devices (v2.3 onwards).
1. 2. Once the internet access is available on the device, follow the steps below. Go to Settings Accounts & Sync Add Account Select Corporate

Enter Email ID and password, click on Next Enter Domain\AD ID & Password. Exchange Server as webmail.wipro.com Check mark the option to Use SSL and click next.

Click on OK to accept Remote security administration which will send a Notification alert Account requires security settings and this will be normally displayed on the top of the screen for most Android models and varies from model to model as shown in the below screen shot. Open the notification mail which prompts to Active device administrator to have mail access.

2.2 Steps to configure Corporate Wi-Fi for Android devices.


1. Go to Settings Wireless and network Wi-Fi settings Enable Wi-Fi by check mark 2. Select Add Wi-Fi network and pass the below details a. b. c. d. e. f. g. h. Network SSID = NexGenW!F!@W Security = 802.1x EAP EAP Method = PEAP Phase 2 Authentication = MSCHAPV2 Identity = AD user ID Password = AD user password Click Save and Wi-Fi should connect. Go back to previous screen of Wi-Fi Settings, click on Menu option on the device which prompts advance option. i. Click on Advanced option to set the proxy details as below:
a. Proxy address: Proxy4.wipro.com b. Port: 8080
