Agenda for Group Leaders: -Students will arrive between 8:45 and 9:00.

Kenzie and Carleigh will be setting up the scavenger hunt, Katie G. will be doing t-shirts, and everyone else will be walking around welcom ing the students. Students will be paying their fees at this time. -At 9:20, an announcement will be made telling the students to come into the caf . Each colour house can choose a table to sit at, keeping Red 1 on one end and Red 2 on the other, f or example. Group leaders should be helping students find their colour house if they don't know wh ich one they're in. -Ms. Khan is going to say some words and then they will pass it over to us. We w ill show them our video, which is here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=akyQncZmj7k -Then, group leaders will read the instructions of the scavenger hunt to their g roup and then read the first clue. They'll go to their first station, which will be different for every group, and you will do the activities there. Remember to leave the activity instructions at the station, to take a picture of it, and then erase/get rid of your answer for that activity. -The first group to the cafeteria will receive freezies and while they wait for all of the other teams to arrive, they can write ideas on sticky notes for what would make their year the best one possible at central. -Once all teams are back in the caf, sitting where they were at the beginning wi th their groups, group leaders will have a little Q&A with them, basically just talking to them about s chool life and any tips you have for them. -Afterwards, if any students want group leaders to show them around the school, we will be there to assist them.
