Renewal method Membership monthly calendar is to be changed as the members receive cash from home/bank after 3th /4th of every month. A penalty of Rs 50.00 per day will be charged for late payment of Mess membership renewal after the 7th day of the month. Mess Monthly calendar will start from the 7th day of the month. Coupon Booklets for 'Making Your Own Meal Package' will be made available @ Rs. 2500.00 containing coupons worth Rs 3000.00.These coupon booklets will be introduced on an experimental basis and will be jointly reviewed at the end of September13. The coupon booklet has to be utilized in the same month by the student irrespective of the day he/she purchased the coupon in that month. Although there is no restriction on the number of students using the same booklet. No separate lunch or dinner or any other combo. If a student wants to have only lunch or only lunch+breakfast, he/she may use the coupon system. Breakfast Rs 60, Lunch Rs 75, High Tea Rs 30, Dinner Rs 75 & Dinner (non-veg) Rs 105 and only non veg Rs 30. Both dinner and non veg includes the charges for sweets (if sweet is there in menu on that particular day). Veg Meal Plan is revised to Rs 3450.00 Non-veg Meal Plan is revised to 3750.00 Students who plan to remain absent from the mess for 7 days or more should inform the Mess Manager in writing at least 3 days in advance to get deduction of 75% of mess charges of that period from the monthly mess charges. The Mess Contractor has to make the refund directly to the student after 7th day of the Next month in cash or by adjusting it into the next month fees. LKP Dinner (in open area, free for mess members, chargeable for others) Special dinners Welcome dinner (in the mess, open for all). Joy of week(in the mess, open for all if MessComm can arrange reimbursement else dinner will be chargeable to non mess members) Teachers day(in the mess, open for all students and faculty members if MessComm can arrange reimbursement else dinner will be chargeable to non mess members but free for teachers)

NEW/REVISED TERMS AND CONDITIONS All these points and the above stated prices are open to revision(if required) in the first week of September 2013 and/or first week of January 2014

CT Cost of packaging @ 4.00 per item will be added extra for room-delivery & takeaways MRP items will be room delivered only when accompanied with an order of non-MRP items worth minimum Rs. 40.00 in the same bill. Delivery Charges Delivery charge of Rs 12.00 will be added extra for the Only-MRP-ITEMS deliveries. There will be no delivery charge for MRP item if it accompanied with an order containing CT prepared items worth of Rs. 40 (minimum) Minimum room-delivery bill amount is Rs 40.00, i.e. the bill must contain minimum of 40 Rs of in house items prepared at CT. Delivery time is revised to 45 minutes. For dorm no 12, 15, 17,18,(old campus) and 25, 28, 29, 31, 32, 33, 34 ,35 & CIIE(new campus) delivery time will be 55 minutes. Delivery Timings and Penalty structure Penalty for late delivery is 10% of the order value above 45 minutes, 20% above 60 minutes and 50% above 90 minutes. Maximum penalty is capped at 50% of the order value. Penalty clause will not be applicable on bulk orders i.e. single bill above Rs 250.00. In case of delay of more than 90 minutes, there will be penalty of 20 %. Penalties for Veg and Non Veg mixing Penalty of minimum of 2 times of bill value plus the reimbursement of full bill apart from penalty.

The prices of tea for snacks timings during the break will be same as per this year, i.e 6 Rs and snacks will be 14rs.
