    While FitzGeralds paper is directed towards medical authorities, this essay focuses on a more general audience. Exegesis of Mark: The audience of this essay is most likely someone who is quite familiar with the gospel of Mark. The Mystery of Sight: The audience of this essay is people who watch and are familiar with the mystery genre in film and literature. More specifically, someone who is familiar with the works the author mentions in the essay.
