BUS TRANSFER Switch:
AUTO (guarded position) Upon failure of one generator bus, respective transfer bus seeks power from active (opposite) generator bus. OFF Prevents transfer busses from seeking opposite generator bus. Prevents battery charger from seeking alternate power source (main bus 2). Opens TR3 disconnect relay. NOTE: The important item to remember is that whenever the BUS TRANSFER switch is positioned to OFF, the electrical system is now split. The left and right side of the electrical system are now independent. However, this will have not prevent the AC and DC standby busses from seeking their alternate power source (battery bus).

APU GEN OFF BUS Light: Illuminated APU generator is at 95% of its governed speed and is currently not supplying power to generator bus 1 or generator bus 2.

APU GEN Switches: (spring-loaded to center) ON Connects APU generator to respective generator bus if quality of APU generator power is correct. OFF Disconnects APU generator from the respective generator bus.

GEN Switches (1 and 2): (spring-loaded to center) ON Connects engine driven generator to respective generator bus if quality of engine driven generator power is correct. OFF Disconnects engine driven generator from the respective generator bus.
