Internet bandwidth was upgraded in the summer of 2013 to provide additional stability and manageability.

Internet bandwidth was upgraded further by 120% on August 30th due to usage load.

MyBigCampus is experiencing massive growth in its client base. We are diligently working with MBC support staff to correct ongoing issues. Students are largely using the web version for increased stability. stability New App released 8/23. /

Technical Issues and Resolutions: Proxy


Many y connectivity y issues at home were a result of the proxy. The proxy has been reconfigured and most issues were resolved as of August 14th. Students should always enter login information into the proxy pop-up. One remaining issue is access through a captive portal (i.e. McDonalds). We W are currently working on an appropriate solution to captive portals.
