and Administrators in Primary School under the Office of
Nakhon Si Thammarat Educational Service Area Office 1

The objective of this research was to study the internal supervision in


opinion of teachers and administrators in primary school under the Office of
Nakhon Si Thammarat Educational Service Area Office 1. The samples used in this
study were 317 teachers and 97 administrators. The instruments used to collect data
were rating-scale questionnaires. The data were analyzed by means of percentage,
arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t–test and One Way Analysis of Variance. The
findings were as follows:
1. The internal supervision in opinion in primary school under the Office
of Nakhon Si Thammarat Educational Service Area Office 1, the opinion of teachers
as a whole was at a high level. As individual aspects were considered, it was found
that the aspects of group development, curriculum development and staff
development were at a high level. The opinion of administrators as a whole was at a
high level and individual aspects were at a high level.
2. Different comparison of the internal supervision in opinion in primary
school under the Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Educational Service Area Office 1
showed that:
Regarding school position of teachers and administrators were not
different, both as a whole and individual aspects.
Regarding bachelor and higher-than-bachelor graduated degree, both as
a whole and individual aspects were not different.
Regarding training and non-training experience, both as a whole and
individual aspects were not different.
Regarding school experience whom have got 1 -10 years, 11-20 years
and more than 20 years, both as a whole and individual aspects were significantly
not different at the level of 0.05. But the aspects of action research were significantly
different at the level of 0.05.
