Rules/Regulations, Guidelines and Safety Precautions (step by step process) a. Pep-Rally Assembly to build school morale
i. When: Friday, September 13, 2013 a. Fieldtrip forms must be picked up by Tuesday 9/10/13, from SBA G111/G109 during (break, GWii, or lunch) and signed by your homeroom and 1st period teacher. Your fieldtrip form will be your pass into the gym during homeroom for setup. b. SBA, Class Councils, & 1st Qtr. athletes MUST pick up a fieldtrip form for this event. ii. Where: School Gymnasium iii. Required 1. All class councils must be present at this event to represent their class (SBA, 2014, 2015, 2016) 2. Each class must have a decorated bleacher for this event representing their class (2014, 2015, & 2016) (Set-up for decorations will be afterschool. The gym will be open from (2:45 6:00pm). Class councils MUST have an advisor present throughout the duration of set-up and is permitted to leave campus when all council members have left the premises. [25pts.] 3. Class Cheer [25 pts.] 4. Class spirit [25pts.] iv. Music and entertainment 1. Play appropriate music as needed 2. GWHS Cheerleaders will perform to promote school spirit; GW Cross Country team introduction; Junior Varsity and Varsity Volleyball players will put on a show; football team will put on a tasteful fashion show v. vi. Breakdown a. ALL council members MUST stay back during LUNCH to help assist with cleanup. All councils MUST make sure that designated bleachers are cleaned of all (banners, signs, trash, etc.) Council members are not permitted to leave without proper notification of any of the SBA Officers. vii. Absolutely no bags during the assembly with the exception of students from GCC. All bags will be confiscated unless given prior approval by GWHS admin and SBA 4. Only SBA officers and volunteers with valid identification badges will be able to help with crowd control and usher students back to their classes
