A Survey of the Study of Teaching Skills in the Recent Decade

Abstract: In the r ecent decade, the study of teaching skills has developed gr eatly . T eaching skills have some essential char acteristics, such as comprehensiveness, specialization and so on. Its classification is on the basis of t he need
of microteaching and the system of traditional teaching skills. With the changes of new requirements to teaching
skills, this classification is also chang ing and developing . T he tr aining models for microteaching need furt her improvement . T hey and the study of training modes based on the modern t heories of teaching supplement and complement each other . So w e should study new curr iculums and new teaching models and develop teaching skills according
to t he study.
