Right lobe 63*34*30 mm in size Isthumus mesuru 3*9 mm in thickness Left lobe 50*14*11 mm in size Astrogenusus nodule 35*35*27 mm is seen in the mid and lower fall of right lobe it shows eccentric cystic areas showing fluid internal movement Colour Doppler steady shows mild vasculatory .
