SUBJECT: RESIGNATION FROM SERVICE

With reference to your offer letter NO. 154-AAO (DR)/Admn and my

joining as “Assistant Audit Officer” on 02nd March 2009, I offered my services to your
organization for about 75 days. After a thorough analysis, I have decided to submit my
resignation because I can not perform my duty due to the following reasons:

1. The salary offered is too low to meet even my living expenses. I had to
borrow from some other means to meet them.
2. No residence is offered for he employees from other cities like me.
3. Space is also a major problem. There is so shortage of space that during
these 75 days I could understand where I have sit during office timings
4. In these 75 days I did not find any of the responsibility, mentioned in my
Job description. More specifically you needed a computer operator rather
than Assistant Audit Officer.
5. My services are appointed in the city with huge distance from my home
city and no traveling or residence facilities are there and salary is so short
that it’s impossible to survive. It is acceptable if transferred to near my
home city.
6. Suggestions or ideas are discouraged at your organization.
7. Employees are not empowered for making decisions, instead they are
maltreated.
8. There was little implication of my education and experience, which I am
afraid, will be spoiled if I continued this job any more.

Keeping in view, these problems, I protesting resign from the services. It is,
therefore, requested to accept my resignation w.ef 17th May 2009 afternoon.
