Confirmation of the Workshop

This is to confirm that ______________________________ (college name) & Technophilia Systems Private Limited is organizing a 2 day Workshop on _________________(workshop topic) on _____ & _____ (date)___________(month) 2013 which is a part of Indo-US Robo League 2013. Deliverables from Technophilia: Conduct the technical Workshop. Publicity material i.e. Poster & Flex would be provided by us. One training kit would be given per team. Each team consists of minimum 4 to maximum 5 students. International Certificate of Excellence to each participant from RCAi-USA. The department & institute would be honored with The Letter of Appreciation by RCAi-USA. Team winning the zonal round would get a chance to participate in the final round of Indo-US Robo League, a qualifier for Robogames, USA. Certificate of Merit would be awarded to each winning student of the group.

Requirement from Host College: 1) The second party will provide a drawing hall/seminar hall with a seating capacity of 100-150 students, PAS, LCD Projector and 5 to 6 dedicated volunteers. 2) Accommodation during the workshop for Team Technophilia. 3) Publicity of the event, motivating the students to join the International event. For the same publicity material would be provided by us. Fees: 1) The tuition fee for the workshop is Rs. ______ per student. 2) College shall get sponsorship of ____% (which is Rs. ____/- per student, excluding taxes) as a gratitude for the use of infrastructure of the host college. [Note: sponsorship is to be calculated as =(fees/1.065)*sponsorship% e.g. =(1200/1.065)*10%] 3) Fee includes training, kit, certification, taxes etc.
