Pros and Cons

Pros

•Everyone can focus in their specific research

•There can be papers in a wide variety of topics

Cons

•Usually few communication or knowledge of other people

research.
•If someone leaves, their research is pretty much lost.
•Teamwork is not promoted (which may be a reason of
Tsukuba challenge failure)

Pros and Cons

Pros
•We have more than 1 people working in one project, which assures continuity.
•Papers are easily written when done in teams.
•We have strong links among the research lines which allows a sustained growth of the laboratory.
•Tsukuba Challenge will be more organized with people focusing on it and making algorithms
around it.
•Each team may have a common direction so we will obtain global goals on global projects as well
as publishing some papers on the way.

Cons

•We would need to have small meetings.

•Workload would be a little heavier since other people would depend on our work.
