Responsible for short/long-term capacity planning and machine/machine equipment moves for 4 facilities encompassing over 200 injection molding machines that range from 33 to 7 50 ton. Coordinated supplier consolidation project with Steelcase to receive 500+ tools from 13+ suppliers into our manufacturing facility. Duties included timing of tool transfers; verification of inventory/tools/equipment; and assisting in PPAP approval process.

Responsible for maintaining KANBAN inventory for 66 production machines containing a diverse product base of automotive, office furniture and consumer products. Coordinated engineering change notifications, tool builds, and machine maintenance while maintaining a stable schedule with minimal customer shortages

SCHEDULING COORDINATOR (2000-2002)

Responsible for releasing jobs, coordinating job paperwork and product lab els. Assumed the role of backup scheduler in the absence of main scheduler.

MACHINE OPERATOR (1994-2000)

Responsible for inspecting product for visual fit and function defects. Performed training for new manufacturing team members and assisted in the implementation of a standardized training program for new production employees.

Math Tutor Harrison Park Elementary (Winter 2012)
