MANAGER
A MANAGER IS A PERSON WHO GET THINGS DONE BY THE OTHERS. THIS AUTHORITY IS GIVEN TO HIM BY THE ORGANIZATION IN WHICH S/HE IS WORKING. MANAGER ARE THOSE WHOSE MAIN TASK IS TO DEAL WITH PEOPLES,AND HUMAN BEHAVIOUR IS ALWAYS DIFFICULT TO PREDICT. MANAGERS ACCEPTS CERTAIN RESPONSIBILTIES VOLUNTARILY AS PART OF THEIR JOB.

THESE ARE VERY IMPORTANT BECAUSE, THEY HAVE INVESTED MONEYAND THEY RECEIVE A RETURN FOR THIS IN TERMS OF DIVIDENDS AND GROWTH. THESE ARE GENERALLY FACELESS PEOPLES. THEIR INTERST MUST NOT BE FORGOTTEN.

SHARE HOLDERS

EMPLOYEES
EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY ARE MANAGERS REESPONSILITIEY. EMPLOYEES EXPECT REWARD FOR THEIR WORK. THEY WANT GOOD WORKING CONDITIONS. AND JOB THAT MEET THEIR CARRIER OBJECTIVIES.

EXPECTIONS FROM EMPLOYEES


IN RETURN EMPLOYEES ARE EXPECTED TO SHOW, LOYALITY TO THEIR WORK. LOOK AFTER THE COMPANY INTERESTS.

CUSTOMERS
IT IS THE CUSTOMERS THAT MAKE IT POSSIBILE FOR COMPANY TO EXSIST. THEY EXPECT TO RECEIVE THE GOODS AT THE RIGHT TIME. OF RIGHT QUALITY, AND AT RIGHT PRICE ALSO, THERE INTEREST IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOR THE COMPANY, SO THEY MUST BE PROPERLY HANDLED. THEY SHOULD BE TREATED WITH RESPECT. THEY CAN BE INTERNAL OR EXTERNEL.

EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS
THESE CUSTOMER ARE THOSE WHO COMPANY,S PRODUCTS,AND ARE THE ONES USUALLY THOUGHT OF THEM WHEN TERM CUSTOMER IS USED. THEY ARE THE MAGER CUSTOMERS. COMPANY RELAY VERY MUCH ON THEM.

INTERNAL CUSTOMERS
THEY ARE THOSE WHO DEPEND ON THE MANAGER AND HIS OR HER DEPARTMENT TO PROVIDE A PRODUCT OR SERVICE TO WHICH THEY CAN ADD VALUE BEFORE IT REACHES THE EXTERNSL CUSTOMER.

SUPPLIRES
THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE COMPONY IS ALSO VITAL BECAUSE, EVERY ORGANIZTION NEEDS RAW MATERIAL, OF RIGHT QQUALITY, AT RIGHT PRICE, AND AT RIGHT TME,

ENSURING THE SUPPLIERS


MANAGER HAS THE RESPONSIBILTY TO FULLY INFORM THE SUPPLIERS ABOUT COMPANY NEEDS,ST THEY CAN PLAN THEIR WORKLOAD. IN ADDITON SUPPLIRE EXPECT PROMPT PAYMENT FOR THEIR GOODS AND SERVICES.

COMMUNITY
MANAGERS HAS ALSO RESPONSIBILITY TO THE COMMUNITY IN WHICH COMPANY OPERATES. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT IS LARGE ORGANIZATION AND MAJOR EMPLOYER IN THE REGION. THE ORGANIGANIZATIN MUST ENSURE THAT ENVIRONMENT IS PROTECTED AND EMPLOYMENT BALANCE IS MAINTAINED.

SUPPORT OF COMMUNITY
MANAGER SHOULD LOOK WAYS IN WHICH COMMUNITY CAN NBE SUPPORTED SUCH AS, VISIT TO LOCAL COLLEGES,AND ,AND SUPPORTINN COMMUNITY WORK.

Health and Safety


Management should: Implement programs that provide a healthy, safe, and compliant work environment. Report occupational injuries to the Occupational and Safety Programs Office. Ensure employees are adequately trained in: Environmental protection and regulation Hazardous materials management Radiation and laser safety Emergency response Lab safety Fire safety Food safety

IT CAN BE A SEVERE CONSTRAINT. THERE IS OFTEN A SHORTAGE OF SKILLED STAFF JUST WHEN MANAGER IS TRYING TO GET A NEW PROJECT OFF THE GROUND. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EVERY LARGE ORGANIZATION THAT LABOUR MARKET IS ENCOURAGED TO GROW,BY TEACHING THEM NEW COURSES AND SKILLS.
