In honor of Deaf Awareness Month & National Disability Employment Awareness Month October 2 - November 4, 2013 Los Angeles City Hall The artists featured here range in age from 15 to 74 and are all living with disabilities, including deafness, blindness and paralysis. This exhibition is intended to demonstrate that persons with disabilities have talents and abilities. The artwork reflects a variety of subject matter, technique, and media. This exhibition aims to promote artistic activities and access by the disabled and popularize their unique sense of beauty and creative expression among the public.
