Dear Mr. Chainnan:

I am requesting funding for the Lion Share Youth Development Program in fiscal
year 2010. The entity to receive funding for this project is FC Harlem, located at
441 Manhattan Ave., NY, NY. The funding would be used to offer students a
curriculum that will incorporate the B.A.S.I.CTM model (Building Athletic Social
and Intellectual Capacity). I certity that neither I nor my spouse has any financial
interest in this project.
