Dear Chairman Obey and Ranking Member Lewis:

I am requesting funding for the Police Department Technology Improvements in fiscal year
2010. The entity to receive funding for this project is Lower Providence Township located at
100 Parklane Drive, Eagleville, PA 19403. Funding will be used to upgrade the Township's
Police Department law enforcement equipment through the purchase of in-car video systems,
mobile data computers, and roadway video systems. I certify that neither I nor my spouse has
any financial interest in this project.
