Dear Chairman Obey and Ranking Member Lewis:

I am requesting funding for Grundy County ETSB Building Consolidation Facility E911
System in Fiscal Year 2010. The entity to receive funding for this project is Grundy County
Emergency Telephone System Board, located at III East Illinois Ave. , Morris, IL 60450. The
ftmding would be used to provide mission critical equipment and building infrastructure for a
new county wide consolidated Emergency 911 telephone public safety answering point (PSAP),
first respond dispatch center, and secondary county emergency operations center eEOC). I certify
that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in this project.
