Teaching philosophy
Stephanie is a natural teacher who will only improve with experience. Terryn Olden, 2012, Mont Albert Primary School

My philosophy is based around creating the most positive environment for each individual student. I am constantly inspired by students unique qualities and I strive to harness and celebrate each childs individuality in my classroom. My classroom is a caring, welcoming, happy and safe place for all of my students. This is reflected in my students respect for one another, respect for me and respect for themselves. Being an optimistic person myself, I elicit this quality throughout my teaching which creates a positive atmosphere in the classroom, engaging and challenging my students throughout each lesson.
