"I am requestingfundingfor the West Haven Two-Way Public Safety Radio System
Replacement project in fiscal year 2010. The entity to receive funding for this project is
the City of West Haven located at 355 Main Street, West Haven, CT 06516. Thefunding
would be used to replace existing obsolete radio system for Police and Fire with
microwave technology system to foster interoperability between police, fire, emergency
management and city government as well as coverage and capability for real-time
communications with regional communities. I certify that neither I /101' my spouse has any
