NOWCastS NOWCastSA was created in 2009 to answer a
chaIIenge: Find a new and better way to give
peopIe free access to IocaI news, information and
events. We formed a nonprofit service with a mis-
sion to promote and faciIitate a civic conversation
about education, IocaI government, heaIth and
cuIture in the San Antonio area.
We're democratizing data, making it easier for you
to stay informed and in touch, from a mo-
biIe-friendIy map of earIy voting Iocations or
back-to-schooI immunizations to Iive webcasts
that give everyone access to budget hearings,
candidate and poIicy forums, or high schooI grad-
uations.
