    i n conclusion it can be said that the measurement of Serum-Effusion


    Albumin Gradient of 1.2 g/dl is an easy, cheap, accurate & is found
    to be useful in differential diagnosis of transudates & exudates & its
    routine use should be recommended in differential diagnosis of pleural
    effusion.
