Final Thoughts
The process of developing the workshop has provided me a new outlook on my teaching and interactions with fellow teachers. I have observed the process from a Needs Assessment to the Evaluation Process. Demonstration of potential other needs of the teachers and potential workshops for the future. An overall idea of Instructional Technology and implementation of multiple classes and past learning.
