Payment Terms: Once your order is submitted online, you are authorizing NEWLIFETEMPLERETREATS.ORG to charge the amount agreed as selected by you the customer. We accept checks, Master Card, Visa and Discover Card. If paying by check your order will not begin until the check has cleared our bank. Please review the terms of payment stated for 2014 Women of the Harvest (WOTH) Retreat below: 1. A deposit of $120.00 must be received before a space is reserved for the retreat accompanied by the online reservation form which must also be completed. 2. Women attending a WOTH Retreat agree to the following cost for sleeping arrangements: The cost for double occupancy (sharing a King Size bed) is $360. The cost for single occupancy, single room is $455. Out of Town guests (this pertains to guest attending from outside of Greater Cincinnati) cost for double occupancy is $300.00. Please review terms of payment stated for 2014 FIRESIDE CHAT: Leadership Retreat below: 1. A deposit of $120.00 must be received before a space is reserved for the retreat accompanied by the online reservation form which must also be completed. 2. Men attending a FIRESIDE CHAT: Leadership Retreat agree to the following cost for sleeping arrangements: The cost for sharing a room (not a bed) is $360. The cost for a single room is $455.

Cancellations & Refunds: Once your order is placed, NEWLIFETEMPLERETREATS.ORG will be unable to refund any payments after July 6, 2014. After July 6, 2014, all payments (including deposit) are nonrefundable and non-transferable (funds cannot be transferred to another persons payment agreement) In addition, all payments must be received by August 3, 2014, for space to be held. If payment in full is not made by August 3, 2014, reservation will be cancelled. FIRESIDE CHAT Leadership Retreat The retreat is open to all church leadership. Due to limited spacing, Sr. Pastors will be given priority registration, however they must register before July 6, 2014. NOTICE for FIRESIDE CHAT Applicants. If you are in another leadership position and submit

a deposit or full payment and Sr. Pastors fill our quota, your payment in full will be returned.
However, if Sr. Pastors do not register before July 6, 2014 all applications will be final and secured. After July 6, 2014, all payments (including deposit) are non-refundable and non-transferable (funds cannot be transferred to another persons payment agreement). All payments must be received by
