Your Health Club is organising a speech contest in conjunction with the World Health
Day. The theme is ‘Healthy Mind, Healthy Body’. As a participant, make a speech on the
benefits of exercise.
In your article, include the following:
• Regular exercise makes one feel better
• Fitness fight fatigue
• Enhance blood circulation
• Improve posture and deepen breathing
• Increase your self-confidence and self-esteem
• Refresh the mind by improving memory and concentrations
• Encourage you to think positively about all areas of your life
• Mental benefits of exercise by releasing physical and mental stresses and tensions
