Pradana, Ilham.P. 2013. The Effect Analysis of Revolution and Intake Open Valve Degrees of the Changing Power in Engine Camless Simulation Tool in Microcontroller Based. Thesis. Autotronics Study Program. Mechanical Engineering Departement. State Polytechnic of Malang. Advisor : Ir. Bambang Sulistiyono, MT Keywords: Engine camless, degree valve open intake, solenoid, revolution, valve The exploration fuels energy usage always increase, year by year. Improved technology will continue to envolve each year with programs rapidly. Saving energy should be done in all aspect that their resources from the oil and gas production. Vehicle are used energy from the fuel most dominating about 80%. The purpose is to discuss the changes of power in varying revolution and intake open valve degrees. The method of the research, the model of camless engine simulator consist of a mechanical system that contains a frame made from acrylic, solenoids, and valves. Electronic system consisting a series of microcontroller and revolution sensor/optocoupler, type of collection data was done at eight times variation of the intake open valves degrees in each revolution. Examples on 800 rpm with the intake valve open degree of variation in the value 2300,2250,2200,2150,2100,2050,2000,1950, each revolution has eight power result. The revolution has a value of 80 rpm,100 rpm,150 rpm,200 rpm,2500rpm,300 rpm,350 rpm,400 rpm. So the total power data which can be taken is 64 rated power. The result of the theoretical calculations which data is taken from the engine camless tool. The completion of the data result using experimental design analysis using two variables, the variables used in the tittle is revolution and degrees valve open intake. Mathematical models are . The result of the thesis tittle is increasing revolution. The power generated by engine camless should be increasing. The shorter intake valve opening degree of the generated power is also graeter. Data analysis accept H1 which means there are significant changes in the degree valve open intake to changes the power . Accept H1, which means there is a significant effect of the change revolution. The results of comparison was generated power system engine camless larger than engine convensional on every variation of the degree of valve opening camless intake on the engine system in each revolution.
