Meghan has done an amazing job in my class. She strived and was successful in differentiating the execution of her lesson plans by using guided groups in most subjects. She effectively remediated students who needed additional help with certain skills.

As the weeks progressed, Meghan became considerably more comfortable utilizing the classroom guidelines we set up in the beginning of the year. She effectively managed the classroom in order to deliver her instruction.

Each day Meghan presented herself as fun, energetic, and engaging with the students. She always reviewed her previous day's lessons before moving on, and she always remediated the students that needed it before introducing them to a new lesson.

Meghan has an outstanding attitude, dresses and behaves very professionally, and has an amazing work ethic. My administrators have continued to be impressed with her professionalism. Meghan accepted constructive feedback and adjusted her performance accordingly on a regular basis. As stated in her midterm evaluation, Meghan usually already knew what adjustments she needed to make per the students' responses and did so accordingly.
