Subject: Change of Name in Maintenance Bill Payment.

Respected Sir/ Madam, I have given you my warehouse property on rental measuring 34200 Sq. ft. Situated at Bldg F4 1&2, Shree Rajlaxmi Logistics Park, Village Vadpa, Bhiwandi. As per our L&L agreement the maintenance payment was to be given at the name of Rajendra Sakharam Bhoir, but as the warehouse premises comes comes under Shree Parshwanath Infrastructure Developers Complex and also all the General Maintenance Services are provided by them such as Water for Toilet Bathroom, Road House Keeping, Street Light & Common Complex Security. So I Humbly Request you to directly pay the Payment for Maintenances Bills in Favour of Shree Parshwanath Infrastructure Developers as per their rate @ 0.40 Paisa/sq.ft./month. Also please clear all the old Maintenance Bills payment in name of Shree Parshwanath Infrastructure Developers which is from Apr -2012 to till date. Request you to response asap.
