t of repeated requests Dear Sir, With due respect, I would like to record my grievances against the university system. I elaborate. I co-operated with the university to conduct, in time, the viva voce examinations of B.Sc.III Maths as external/internal examiner during May 2011 and April 2012, and submitted the bill vouchers for their payments as per the following details :1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. This is to inform you that I had received only 02 cheques #116379 d/d 17.12.11 for Rs. 428 & 118577 d/d 17.01.12 for Rs. 679 (presumably for claims at 2,3 above) during January, 2012 and nothing thereafter. On scrutiny of university computer data base [my code T2440] as on 07.02.2013, it was revealed that only 04 cheques out of 09 were prepared. And there was no trace of remaining 05 bill vouchers at the university sections. Even the fate of 02 left/un-dispatched cheques # 116948 d/d 20.12.11 for Rs. 428 & # 117300 d/d 22.12.11 for Rs. 760 remains elusive till date. 3. My endeavors continued and I submitted 05 bill vouchers afresh (against claims at 1,6,7,8,9 above) to Finance Officer on 01.03.13 and again a reminder to him on 02.05.13 (both letters by Regd Post) [copy of each enclosed] but with no avail. I hope that this was the basic duty of the concerned officer to look into the matter and resolve it but not a single word of response has come to me leave aside the subject payments. I am afraid how log I will have to struggle for this. 4. I therefore request you to kindly intervene in the matter and help me to get my dues at the earliest.
