Comparative analysis of UCb, ZARA, M&S, Tommy and MANGO: 1.

Although UCB has the most number of followers on Pinterest, its level of activity islow. Mango is the most active amongst all five brands and has second highest number of followers.

2. M&S has the highest level of activity on Twitter whereas Zara has the lowest. UCBhas moderate to high level of activity but the number of followers is considerably lessthan the other four brands. Mango has the highest number of followers followed closely by Zara. 3. The number of features is highest on Mangos website while the M&S website is mostuser-friendly. The UCB website is user friendly and contains all the information thatone may need about the brand and its products. The additional advantage that M&S and Mango have over other brands websites is that they run a number of promotional schemes, contests, offers and discounts.

4. Zara has the highest number of likes on its Facebook page but it has moderate level of activity. M&S and Mango show the highest levels of activity. UCB has high level of activity and has around 5.3 million likes.

5. Mango has the highest level of activity on Instagram and also the second highestnumber of followers after Zara. UCB and Zara have very less activity although thenumber of followers of Zara is the highest

Recommendations: UCB can increase the customer involvement by introducing some promotional offersand contests from time to time. UCB should share more pins on Pinterest as it has a very high number of followersthere. The level of activity for UCB is very low on Instagram and Twitter and can beimproved.
