CCTC: EACH CANDIDATE DEMONTRATES THE ABILITY TO ENCOURAGE AND INSPIRE OTHERS TO HIGHER LEVELS OF PERFORMANCE, COMMITMENT AND

MOTIVATION.

The beauty of this practice, is that it adds somewhat of a positive pressure to the rest of my colleagues and it makes them to want to do the same. Fear of staying behind? I dont know! Realizing that they could do much more? I dont know! The answer really relies on them, not me. But, they for sure come and jokingly express to me that I am raising the bar here. What is interesting to me, is that I have learned from others about the benefits and joys of performances. And it is my goal to perform at higher levels as the year progresses.

--------------------------LEVEL OF PERFORMNACES Journal Entry: Even before I started this journey as an Aspiring Principal, I have always been very interested in students performance at all levels. I believe that performances of any kind have a particular value added to our kids lives. And, every year, my classes have performed more than the usual amounts of performances a classroom is costume to do.

In a sense, I am glad that my colleagues feel that they need to PERFORM in a higher level, and if I could be of any motivation to increase the performance of teachers and students.then, I am okay with that!
