MOTIVATION.

it took me to Europe and a university degree. The beauty of all of this, is that my motivation to educate and teach was transpired to others. And, as a result, teachers and students became interested in mimicking some of my teaching practices. They began to see that many of my students would be eager to come to school and share their learning with their parents and friends. All of a sudden, my students had been contagious of one basic principleMOTIVATION! My colleagues, then, would have come to me to let me know about how motivated they felt to see all of the changes happening around us. Many of them, have expressed to me their motivation. It has been motivating to them to see many of the extra curriculum activities I create and want to be part of that. In fact, all of this, is part of my Initial Learning Plan to develop language skills in all domains via, P.E., Art, Music and Dance.

COMMITMENT
Journal Entry For many years, I inspired children and adults to learn music in my private studio. Before entering the world of public education, I dedicated many years to teach piano, guitar, bass and drums to kids and adults of all ages, including blind people. I knew and recognize that I had something special in me and committed myself to a larger stage. Public Education, became my next goal and motivated me so much that
