1. In the pool at the end of the semester, the student will swim the front crawl using proper arm rotation and breathing technique without taking a break or becoming distracted two widths of the pool.

Equipment: 2 kick boards, two frogs, two noodles 2. At the beginning of class, the students will get in the pool with ease as soon as they are asked to do so by the instructor. Throughout class, students will be able to repeat back the cues to the instructor every time before swimming a width of the pool.
