System and School Rules and Policies

• AR – 12th Graders making at or above Grade Level AND
Passing the American Lit/Comp EOCT will have NO AR
requirement. (p.2)
• Students are NOT permitted to eat or drink in the
classrooms. (p.16)
• Absences and Tardies – Notes must be brought NO
LATER than the third day after the absence or tardy
• Tardy Procedures (p.26-27)
o If you are tardy to school, you must go to Mrs.
Prince to sign in. She will give you an admit slip
with the time you signed in – make sure you go
immediately to your class.
o If you are Tardy to a class, that teacher may give
you detention. When you reach 5 tardies, the
teacher must make a parental contact; at 7
tardies, the teacher will submit a discipline referral
which will result in three days of ISS. Referrals will
continue each 3 tardies.
o If you are over 5 minutes late to a class you are
considered SKIPPING!
• Electronic Devices – These will be confiscated and only
returned at the end of the day for a $10 fee. Parents
may pick up the item after 3:30. Be sure you
understand this is ANY electronic device! (p. 30)

My Class Rules and Policies

• The only rule really needed is BE RESPECTFUL!
• Late Day is going to be Wednesdays when I will be at
school until 4:30. Further attempts to master a
standard will be allowed on this day only and a request
form must be submitted by Monday of that week.
