A: I first need to see how many paraprofessionals I have available and see their qualifications. This way, I could to assign the right person to each classroom. Q: How do you deal with the concept of equity? A.I make sure that all classrooms get a T.A. for at least 1:30 per day. Personal Though: I have been involved in the hiring of paraprofessionals at my site. I have interviewed them and recommended the best prospect to the principal and coordinator. In addition, I have made recommendations to where some T.A.s should be assigned to enhance their skills and promote the learning for our students.
