APPLICATION TO GRADUATE

(UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS ONLY)

AY 2013-14, Term 2
To apply to graduate, please follow the steps below:
STEP 1: ACCOMPLISH EXIT SURVEY

Visit https://ivle.dlsu.edu.ph/ Mondays to Fridays (0800-2000); Saturdays (0800-1200) and click Tutorial for students for procedures
Note: Please do not skip an item in answering the exit survey to proceed to ATG link. For questions please call OCCS loc 419

STEP 2: ON-LINE APPLY TO GRADUATE


+ Visit http://my.dlsu.edu.ph Mondays to Fridays (0800-1900); Saturdays (0800-1200) and click Apply to Graduate

STEP 2A: CORRECTION OF RECORDS

Please send e-mail to registrar@dlsu.edu.ph for correction of records


STEP 3: ASSESSMENT OF FEES

BY-COLLEGE SCHEDULE 23 to 29 Oct COB 23 to 29 Oct SOE 30 Oct to 05 Nov CED 30 Oct to 05 Nov COE 30 Oct to 05 Nov COS 06 to 12 Nov CLA 06 to 12 Nov CCS

Proceed to the Enrollment Services Hub ten (10) working days after On-Line Apply to Graduate to get the assessment
STEP 4: PAYMENT OF FEES

Pay the assessed amount not later than three (3) days from the assessment at the Enrollment Services Hub
Note :

IMPORTANT: The name of the student will be included in the Final List of Graduates only when payment of the Graduation fees has been made.

Students who applied to graduate in the previous term (Term 1, AY 2013-14) need not re-apply. Students who applied earlier than the previous term should undergo a new application to graduate. For any question, please email registrar@dlsu.edu.ph
